Our journey began with a deep-rooted love for Brazilian food and a dream to share it with San Francisco’s vibrant community. With over 20 years of experience in the gastronomy industry, Vaulim, a self-made chef from Goiás, Brazil, embarked on a mission to bring the true authentic flavors of Brazil to California.

Inspired by memories of family gatherings and traditional recipes passed down through generations, Vaulins Taproom was born—a place where each dish tells a heritage story and passion. With a culinary commitment to using fresh, hand-selected ingredients, every dish is made from scratch and cooked to order, inspired by tradition and innovation, converging to celebrate the diversity of South American Brazilian cuisine.
